Authentication

The „Official Authentication of the Hague Convention“ besides legalization is also confirmation of authenticity of a document.

Unlike legalization, it is issued by the relevant authority of the country in which the document itself was issued. Hence, it is not necessary to involve the consulate of the country in which the document is to be used.
