Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts between Germany-Translation-Service and the Customer. These Terms and Conditions are accepted by the customer placing an order in writing:

• Delivery times apply after receipt of payment. Delivery times for follow-up orders apply after receipt of documents.
• In the event that the source text contains any ambiguities, we reserve the right to consult with the Customer.
• For presentation at a German authority, we require originals or certified copies of the customer’s documents to produce a certified translation.
• Cancellation will in any case depend on the consent of GermanyTS and the progress of the translation.
• Our translations are always carried out or proof-read by a native translator and certified by a translator publicly appointed and sworn in by a court in Germany.
• Strictest confidentiality of all translation assignments is maintained.
